TA701E - Model course: Master and Chief Mate, 1999 Edition

This course covers the mandatory minimum requirements of regulation II/2 of STCW 1978, as amended in 1995, for the training of masters and chief mates. It is based on the minimum knowledge required for certification of masters and chief mates of ships of 500 gross tonnage and more, as set out in section A-II/2 of the STCW Code.
